Arcata City Council Passes Resolution on DU

After a unanimous vote (with one absence), Arcata Mayor Connie Stewart presents VFP President Bill Thompson with a signed copy of the city's "Resolution to Ban the Use of Depleted Uranium," urging a ban on the manufacture and use of DU weapons by the U.S.
