Brian Willson (left) and Bill Thompson recognize two Arcata High School students who dared to protest their high school's involuntary "Patriot's Day" assembly on the first anniversary of 9/11, and walked out of school on October 7, 2002 to participate with HSU students protesting the U.S. war on Iraq.
